Project Description:
A new plant for generating High Voltage electric power was built by the Public Organization of Electricity.
Due to some alterations on the original design it was needed to create 11 new openings at the slab between the basement and the first floor. All the openings had to be strengthened since the existing reinforcement was removed from these areas.
 Fibrwrap provided a design-build solution by applying Tyfo Fibrwrap composite systems of SCH Carbon fibers with Tyfo S epoxy around the openings and also provided a fire protection solution for the composites by applying the Tyfo Fibrwrap AFP System providing a 2 hour protection against fire and smoke.
All works were completed in only 7 days.
